Big performance upgrade

Changes in 1.2.0 and 1.2.1:
- Added level 6 and and the third hidden easter egg
- Reduced combined texture size from 16384x16384 to 2048x3072
- Reduced fluid texture size from 1024x1024 to quarter of the screen (example: 480x270 for 1080p)
- Blur passes no longer run on the fluid camera
- Increased blur downsample from 1x to 10x, increased blur iterations from 4 to 5
- Increased bloom downsample from 2x to 4x, reduced iterations from 6 to 2
- Reduced light distance from 15 to 7
- Simplified fluid appearance to better match the rest of the game
- Pause button only appears when hovered on
- Added the ability to toggle post processing (including blur) using f4 or 4
Performance on max settings (minimum settings usually result in a ~190% performance):
- Specifications - average framerate (increase over previous versions)
- 3500U, Vega 8 - 90fps (225%)
- 6300, HD 530 - 30fps (214%)
- 7500, HD 630 - 30 fps (176%)
- 9700k, 3080 - 1100fps (157%)
